Responsibilities
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the court, including data entry, word processing, and report generation.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents, including pleadings, motions, and orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including court calendars, case files, and statistical reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to court staff, attorneys, and the public.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the court.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of specialized experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a court or legal setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, including word processing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
