The Technical Support Analyst role at Radwell is a pivotal position that requires a strong foundation in IT operations and exceptional customer service skills. This individual will be responsible for providing seamless support to end-users, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company's systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to end-users via email and phone support channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and tasks using the ticketing system.
  • Document user requests for feature enhancements or changes, facilitating efficient resolution and implementation.
  • Process IT asset deployment and maintenance, guaranteeing optimal system performance.
  • Offer desk-side installation and application support, ensuring users have access to necessary tools and resources.
  • Provision and remove users from systems, maintaining data security and integrity.
  • Deliver training sessions on business applications, empowering users with the knowledge required to effectively utilize these tools.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Technical Support Analyst team to provide comprehensive support coverage.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the phone system, ensuring uninterrupted communication channels.
  • Support 3rd party applications, fostering a seamless integration experience.
  • Work closely with the Infrastructure team to ensure alignment and consistency across systems.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer service, meeting and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:

To succeed as a Technical Support Analyst at Radwell, you must possess:

  • Expertise in Windows Client Operating Systems, Windows PC Hardware, and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21, a key business application.
  • AAS, BS, or equivalent degree in Business or Management of Information Systems, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, showcasing a proven track record in IT support.
