Essential Qualifications:

Specialized Skills: Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in the following areas:
- Developing, debugging, testing, and documenting web applications.
- Service-oriented architecture and the development of web application services.
- Cross-browser DHTML and HTML5 web design.
- AJAX, DHTML, XHTML, and JavaScript programming.
- SQL, RDBMS, and database management principles.
- Utilizing source code management tools.
- Agile Development Methodology, particularly Scrum.
