Your Role at Raising Cane's

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Leader in managing restaurant operations
  • Uphold Raising Cane's standards and culture
  • Manage shift responsibilities, including supervising crew members and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels

Work Environment

The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, which requires extended periods of physical exertion, such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending. The Restaurant Manager will also interact with customers and work with and around food products, common allergens, industrial equipment, and commercial cleaning products that require the use of personal protective equipment.
