Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Umanist Staffing LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Hyland OnBase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with SMEs: Collaborate with application subject matter experts to understand and document existing application functionalities.
  • Discovery Process: Perform data co-relation models and workflow entities identification to ensure seamless integration.
  • Business Requirements: Work with customers to understand and implement business requirements in OnBase.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis and communicate with customers to plan data migration activities.
  • Workflow Validation: Identify and validate different workflows to ensure functional accuracy.
  • Data Ingestion: Define data ingestion plans in OnBase and corresponding workflow functionalities.
  • Data Reconciliation: Perform data reconciliation after migration steps.
  • OnBase Architecture: Understand OnBase architecture and clients to ensure effective implementation.
  • Workflow Design: Design and create workflows using OnBase studio.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ECM Knowledge: Knowledge of ECM architecture, data structuring, and document management.
  • Content Migration: Experience in content and metadata migration from FileNet to OnBase.
  • Workflow Replication: Replicate core functionalities and workflows from FileNet in OnBase.
  • User Access: Create user access and security groups using OnBase Configuration Client.
  • Document Models: Design document models and relationships in OnBase.
Certifications:
  • Hyland Certified: Hyland Certified professional.
  • OnBase Certified: OnBase Certified API Developer, Workflow Administrator, System Administrator, and WorkView Administrator.
Must-Haves:
  • Hyland OnBase: Hyland OnBase Work View, Scripting, and Architecture, API, and Workflow.
Experience:
  • Years of Experience: 8-12 years total, with 2+ years of experience in Hyland Work View, Hyland OnBase Scripting, and Hyland OnBase Architecture, API, and Workflow.
