Compensation: $18.50/hr on W2

Role Summary:

The Warehouse Logistics Specialist is accountable for managing their individual responsibilities within the logistics framework. Reporting to the Stockroom Supervisor, this role collaborates closely with Stockroom Coordinators and Packaging Clerks to ensure optimal stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain precise inventory levels and oversee the issuance and receipt of materials.
2. Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies in stock records.
3. Utilize various transaction screens to execute necessary operations, including verifications, corrections, and inventory transfers.
4. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, as traceability of parts is critical.
5. Engage with various personnel, including Program Analysts and Engineers, to facilitate smooth operations.
6. Train new team members and adapt to different stockroom environments as needed.
7. Physically manage materials, lifting items weighing up to 65 lbs, while adhering to safety protocols.
8. Implement proper packaging and handling techniques to safeguard products and prevent injuries.
9. Monitor compliance with standard practices, addressing any irregularities in material handling.
10. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the stockroom, ensuring efficient inventory management.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. ESD training and handling knowledge are essential for this role.
