Dough Roller Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dough Roller to join our team at Gatti's Pizza. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and rolling out dough for our pizzas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and mix ingredients to prepare dough
  • Operate mixing machines to combine ingredients
  • Place dough in pans or on sheets and store in the walk-in refrigerator
  • Prepare and maintain inventory and production records
  • Cut, knead, roll, and shape dough to form pizza blanks
  • Clean dough equipment and the dough room
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a food production environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
