Job Description:

A highly skilled Travel OR Tech / Surgical Tech RN will assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgical procedures. This role requires expertise in surgical techniques and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in a surgical setting, with a strong focus on patient safety and care. A background in travel nursing is preferred, as this position demands flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment
  • Prepare patients for surgery, including administering medications and positioning them for procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs during surgery and respond to any changes or complications
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in West Virginia
  • BLS certification
  • Experience working in a surgical setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
