Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled LIMS Lead Analyst to join our team at Medasource. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • LIMS Configuration: Configure and implement LIMS solutions to meet the needs of our laboratory operations.
  • LIMS Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LIMS-related issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate IT teams as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple teams and team members to unblock challenges and progress delivery items.
  • Crop Science Knowledge: Possess knowledge of crop science and its applications in laboratory settings.
  • Gap/Risk Assessment: Conduct gap and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and mitigation.
  • Scripting Language: Familiarity with scripting languages is desirable.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in LIMS configuration, support, and development.
  • LIMS Expertise: Strong knowledge of LIMS concepts, including Labware and Labvantage.
  • Labware Modules: Experience with Labware modules such as LIMS Stability, EM, Inventory, Storage Location Management, Instrument Interfaces, Lot, and Sample Management.
  • Agile Software Development: Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and JIRA.
  • Labware Certification: Possession of Labware certification is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SDLC and Agile Model Delivery: Experience with SDLC and Agile model delivery.
  • ITIL and ITSM Process Integrations: Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM process integrations.
