Job Overview

Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Our client, a physician-owned primary care organization, operates two clinics specializing in ABA and Speech Therapy. They are looking for dedicated professionals who are enthusiastic about assisting children with various speech and language challenges, including those related to autism. Services are offered at multiple clinic locations.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $90,000 to $100,000
  • Employment Type: W2 or 1099 (candidate's choice)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide treatment for a range of speech and language disorders, including articulation, language development, voice, fluency, and swallowing issues.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and interpret results to create individualized treatment plans.
  • Effectively communicate findings to patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Timely submission of evaluation reports, treatment plans, monthly updates, and progress notes in the required system.
  • Deliver compassionate care and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Communication Disorders
  • Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active licensure in AL and GA (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full-time, in-person clinic position
  • Experience with autistic children is preferred
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
