At HomeWell Care Services, we're seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as caregivers/PCAs. If you enjoy helping others and have a caring heart, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

We're looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in caregiving, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You'll also need to be comfortable traveling around Anchorage and having an open/flexible schedule.

Responsibilities will vary depending on the client's needs, but may include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, grocery shopping, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, and other personal care tasks. Driving is required for most shifts, so you'll need a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

We offer competitive pay rates, which range from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your hourly rate, you may also be eligible for overtime pay and bonuses for referrals.
