Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and document patient vital signs in medical records.

  • Ensure sterilization of medical instruments.
  • Perform suture removal and wound care.

  • Manage inventory and procure necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate patient medical procedures and follow-ups.

  • Obtain necessary pre-authorizations and certifications.
  • Monitor and respond to patient inquiries through the patient portal.
  • Order laboratory tests and imaging as needed.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage phone communications.
  • Welcome patients and handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient in multitasking across various responsibilities.
  • Skilled in managing diverse personalities and situations.
  • Strong understanding of medical theories and practices.
  • Possession of relevant licensure or certification is mandatory.
