Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Chronic Dialysis Nurse to join our team at ICONMA, L.L.C. as a Travel Nurse RN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaboration: The RN will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
  • Medication Administration: The candidate will be responsible for administering medications and treatments in compliance with physicians' orders and applicable hospital policy.
  • Education: The RN will provide education to patients and/or significant others while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Documentation: The successful candidate will be responsible for documenting observations and other data related to the clinical condition of the patient.
Requirements
  • Education: The candidate must have graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Licensure: The RN must be licensed to practice in the state where the position is located and hold the necessary certifications for the position and facility.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of previous job experience is required.
  • Skills: The candidate must possess proficient oral and written skills, as well as current CPR certification.
