About the Role

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled AI/Artificial Intelligence Engineer to provide expert-level support to our Program, Landmark, in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers, and implementing AI solutions that meet program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI algorithms and models to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to implement AI solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis and prepare reports on AI performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends and technologies, driving innovation and improvement in our AI solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics, and at least five years of experience; or a master's degree and three years of experience; or a PhD and no experience.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI with Poly clearance.
  • Proven experience in AI development and deployment, with a strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or R.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
