About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing intraoperative care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for cases according to surgeon's preferences and needs of the patient
  • Pass instruments to the surgeon at the surgical field
  • Care for instruments at the end of the surgical procedure, ensuring accuracy of counts
  • Assist in maintaining privacy and confidentiality of the patient
  • Maintain safety of the patient
  • Apply principles of asepsis at all times in order to maintain the integrity of the sterile field
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
  • Previous OR experience preferred
  • Surgical Technologist certification required
