Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Medical Laboratory Technician to work in our laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory procedures and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples
  • Collect and process patient samples for testing
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results and patient information
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely test results
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory procedures meet regulatory standards
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
