Position Summary: Our client, a pioneering company in nanobubble technology, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to spearhead the design, engineering, procurement, and execution of equipment projects tailored for both new and existing nanobubble generator applications in surface water and wastewater treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Flowsheet & Proposal Development: Create and refine process flowsheets while developing specifications for third-party equipment. Collaborate with supply chain and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Prepare project proposals and associated cost estimates by obtaining quotes from various suppliers.
  • Design & Procurement: Generate detailed designs and technical drawings, including equipment specifications, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and General Arrangement (GA) drawings. Facilitate the timely procurement of third-party components, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project objectives, deliverables, and comprehensive project plans. Oversee project schedules and budgets, while monitoring progress and addressing risks and challenges proactively. Collaborate with the Global Service Team to ensure proper installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Guarantee that projects meet high-quality standards and fulfill customer expectations. Conduct regular quality assessments and implement corrective measures as necessary. Track and report on project performance metrics across the organization.
  • Project Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status updates, and related materials. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 30% for site visits to assess installation needs and facilitate commissioning processes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of professional experience.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within small teams.
  • At least five years of experience in the water treatment industry, particularly in project management or application design.
  • Strong grasp of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from inception to completion within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients, team members, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Experience in product design, construction, and installation related to water treatment equipment is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in time management.
  • Ability to interpret and utilize construction drawings effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
