Merrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge Inc is seeking an experienced Car Finance Business Leader to join our team, responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and staying up-to-date with industry developments to ensure the dealership remains competitive.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in automotive finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to customers.

Key responsibilities will include managing the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and staying up-to-date with industry developments to ensure the dealership remains competitive.

We offer a competitive salary range of $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year, inclusive of commission and bonus pay, along with benefits including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and service, paid time off, and supplemental benefit plans.

The Car Finance Business Leader will work closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every customer leaves the dealership feeling valued and satisfied.
