Job Summary:

As a 1099 contractor, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' facilities are clean, safe, and presentable. This role requires individuals who can work independently, manage their time effectively, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning.
  • Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and high-touch areas.
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
  • Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
  • Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working order.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a commercial cleaner or similar role.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
  • Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor.
  • Must provide proof of insurance and relevant certifications if applicable.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible hours, depending on client needs.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
