Key Responsibilities

The Space & Intelligence Sector is actively seeking Systems Engineering expertise. The selected candidate will be tasked with:
  • Designing, testing, and documenting comprehensive solutions for systems or subsystems utilizing a variety of products.
  • Assessing and defining customer system requirements while addressing specific technological needs and formulating specifications.
  • Resolving interface challenges, establishing parameters, and ensuring thorough system integration.
  • Building robust relationships through effective communication strategies.
  • Driving innovation and participating in the innovation lifecycle.
  • Assisting in project management by formulating requirements, project timelines, and transition strategies.
  • Engaging in enterprise-level Systems Engineering while considering operational constraints and interrelated systems.
  • Identifying integration obstacles and coordinating solutions through collaborative meetings.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, addressing conflicts, and resolving issues.
Qualifications

Essential:
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community
  • Self-motivated individual with leadership capabilities, capable of working autonomously and effectively.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and offer innovative solutions.
  • Ability to influence peers and work towards shared objectives.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of RF/Satellite communication systems
  • Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related fields.

Compensation Range

$146,000 - $234,000. Salary range is determined based on experience and other factors.
