Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all field activities for assigned projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their work meets project requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and distribute project reports, including daily logs, schedules, and incident reports.
  • Identify and resolve project-specific issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other construction management tools.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction practices, codes, and regulations.
