Job Title: Logistics Services Representative

As a key member of our Logistics & Supply Chain team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of your career while making a meaningful impact on our business. You'll work closely with logistics teams and external business partners to provide timely and effective communication, ensuring that our vendors and carriers receive the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to vendors and carriers, responding to incoming calls and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Answer vendor questions related to routing requests, purchase order start-ship and cancel dates, website specifics, and POE shipments.
  • Establish new user profiles and provide access to the E-Routing website, maintaining vendor location codes and grouping hierarchy.
  • Perform case-by-case analysis of vendor locations database to ensure correct access for vendors, preventing inadvertent or intentional access to unauthorized data.
  • Provide support to vendors using E-Routing (Delivery Management System) and assist them in achieving success in E-Routing, confirming shipping authorization numbers and verifying carrier pick-up dates as needed.
  • Perform systems administration duties to support vendor and operational needs, educating vendors on the benefits and requirements of utilizing E-Routing and assisting them in initial submission of orders.
  • Process vendor code adds for existing vendors.
  • Support Associate Planning with carrier performance issues and inquiries, assisting with the proactive management of carrier and vendor performance and problem resolution.
  • Interact with Planning Analysts relative to vendor issues on carrier pick-ups and potential service issues, collaborating for resolution.
  • Participate in Cross-functional training and coverage with other areas.
  • Be flexible to accommodate coverage schedules as required by the business.
  • Assist with basic reporting input and generation.

  • Participation in rotational holiday coverage.
  • Flexible and willingness to work overtime as requested.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

This position has a starting pay range of $19 to $ per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
