• Plan and execute efficient work procedures using technical manuals and knowledge of surface preparations and painting techniques.
  
• Apply paint and coatings within specified timeframes and material allowances.
  
• Utilize protective equipment to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  
• Operate lifting and moving devices to move materials and equipment.
  
• Prepare and condition surfaces prior to painting.
  
• Mask and cover surfaces not to be painted.
  
• Mix and apply paint or other coatings to specified color and consistency.
  
• Spray specified amounts or thicknesses of primer, protective, decorative, or finish coatings.
  

• Education and/or experience in paint repair.
  
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Understanding and compliance with safety rules and practices.
  
• Positive attitude and high-energy personality.
  
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
  
• Ability to exercise good judgment and critical thinking.
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
