**Key Responsibilities**

  • Adhere to policy and procedure for clinical services
  • Support the nursing process and functions under the direction of a Professional Registered Nurse
  • Provide high-level customer service to meet patient experience standards and expectations

**Requirements**

  • One year of LPN experience required
  • Surgical procedure experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
  • LPN - Licensed Practical Nurses
  • CPR

**Additional Requirements**

  • Demonstrates continuing education in accordance with State regulations
  • Assures compliance with unit-specific scope of practice
