Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse at Manuli Ryco US. This position is responsible for assisting in various warehouse duties, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and shipping/receiving activities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inventory Management:
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with inventory levels.
  1. Stock Replenishment:
  • Replenish stock as required to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Participate in the annual stock inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  1. Shipping/Receiving:
  • Pack and unpack shipping containers, and check off goods against paperwork.
  • Ensure that all shipping and receiving activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
  1. Housekeeping and Safety:
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environment.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards to the Manager.
  • Ensure that a safe working environment is always maintained and that the Company complies with appropriate safety regulations and policies.
  1. Additional Responsibilities:
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
  1. Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  1. Experience:
  • Experience in a similar role and knowledge of warehouse picking processes.
  • Basic knowledge of the hose and fittings industry.
  • Previous Hydraulics experience preferred.
  1. Certifications:
  • Forklift Operator Certification or willingness to obtain.
  1. Skills:
  • Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to complete tasks involving manual lifting and stacking of cartons and boxes.
