Position Overview

This role offers the chance to deliver vital clinical services while engaging with patients, families, and a network of healthcare professionals. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will utilize your expertise to enhance communication and swallowing abilities in patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide detailed reports on clinical observations.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop tailored treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
  • Perform and analyze results from Videofluoroscopic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluations.
  • Engage in discussions with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SP) from the American Speech-Hearing-Language Association, or in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under supervision.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or holding an interim permit.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
