Procurement Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Tandym Group. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the acquisition of supplies, equipment, labor, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the procurement of supplies, equipment, labor, and services.
  • Perform administrative duties related to the acquisition of supplies, equipment, labor, and services.
  • Solicit and maintain grants from Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other grant organizations.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with associates, members of the Tribal community, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft software packages, including Excel.
