Position Overview:
Are you a meticulous individual who excels in a dynamic environment? As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. We are looking for a responsible and dedicated person who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences and is prepared to handle the challenges of night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
• Process guest payments and maintain precise records.
• Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and address any discrepancies.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during the night.
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in cash handling is essential.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar capacity is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
