Position Overview:
Are you a meticulous individual who excels in a dynamic environment? As a Night Auditor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. We are looking for a responsible and dedicated person who is enthusiastic about delivering exceptional guest experiences and is prepared to handle the challenges of night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
- Process guest payments and maintain precise records.
- Conduct nightly audits to ensure the accuracy of guest accounts and address any discrepancies.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any issues that may arise during the night.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises during overnight hours.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in cash handling is essential.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar capacity is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
