Ray-Mont Logistics is seeking a skilled Top Pick Operator to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling and maneuvering shipping containers within the terminal, ensuring seamless loading, unloading, and storage processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Liaise with previous shift's operator to ensure a smooth transition of container lift operations.
  • Complete pre-shift Top-Pick inspection form to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Operate the Top Pick (Top Loader/ Top Handler) to transport containers safely and efficiently.
  • Verify radio reliability to ensure effective communication with team members.
  • Collaborate with shift supervisor to prioritize production and shipping tasks.
  • Work with loading stations to provide empty equipment for loading onto hostlers.
  • Offload loaded containers to designated locations from hostlers.
  • Offload and load empty or loaded containers from Port Trucks.
Requirements
  • Experience operating loaded container handlers or similar machinery.
  • Marine Terminal experience preferred.
  • Ability to use hostler and small lifts preferred.
  • Physical strengths and abilities to perform tasks safely.
  • Good knowledge of computers to navigate equipment systems.
  • Great learning skills and operational intelligence to adapt to changing situations.
  • Exemplary attitude and willingness to advance career.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Work Environment

Must be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
