Role Overview

As a key member of our sales team at Thunderbolt, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers in Central and Eastern Europe. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless handling of inquiries and orders, working closely with internal departments and logistics service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inquiries and orders, including coordination and processing of sales opportunities, quotes, and customer orders until final delivery and invoicing.
  • Monitor production capacity and clarify payment terms.
  • Oversee inventory management and maintain accurate records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and branches, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team, supply chain management, communication, and accounting to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree in business administration.
  • Professional experience in international sales and customer support in Central and Eastern Europe is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
