We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Director to join our team at the American Heart Association. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships with corporate sponsors and individual donors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and donors
- Recruit and manage volunteer leadership and committees
- Coordinate event auctions and logistics
- Lead individual membership development and engagement
- 3+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field
- Ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing high-level leaders and corporate networks
