Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,690 - $239,140 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Lead - Advanced Technology Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for leading research and development programs, building strategic partnerships, and implementing programmatic strategies to fund technology development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to lead multiple research programs, each with a team size of 1-15 people.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, external companies, and other BAE Systems groups and business areas.
  • Pursue personal and portfolio growth to target standing up, managing, and supporting a team of scientists, researchers, and technology developers.
  • Provide business and execution oversight of multiple programs valued at $1-10M each.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree with greater than 10 years of professional experience, or a master's degree and greater than 8 years of professional experience, or a Doctorate and greater than 6 years of professional experience.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to attain DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Strong desire to collaborate with internal/external customers to improve proliferation of technology.
  • Experience providing technical and management leadership to a diverse team of scientists, engineers, and managers.
  • Experience leading across organizational boundaries for broad business impact.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
