Job Summary:

Northeastern Center is seeking a skilled Residential Treatment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide direct treatment to Supervised Group Living residents and report on treatment planning and progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct treatment to residents, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
  • Conduct regular progress updates and report on resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years' experience in mental health or community services preferred
  • Valid state-issued driver's license

Work Schedule:

Part-time weekends, second shift, midnight-12 pm Saturday and Sunday
