Supervisor, Mirmont

Job Summary:

Main Line Health is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team at Mirmont Treatment Center. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for overseeing overnight programming, staffing, and operations, ensuring the safety of all staff, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of employees, promoting a culture of teamwork and communication.
• Develop and implement assessments, documentation, and behavioral redirection strategies to support patient care.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and effectiveness in patient care.
• Manage crisis situations calmly and effectively, prioritizing patient and staff safety.
• Plan and organize work to ensure efficient and effective communication with staff, patients, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of addiction and basic management principles.
• Ability to work in a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental manner with staff and patients.
• Ability to function calmly in crisis situations.
• Ability to plan and organize work adequately to express ideas orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all staff, patients, outside agencies, families, and the general public.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
