">We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Manager Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of care managers and ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and services.
">About the Role
">The Senior Care Manager Leader will be responsible for:

Leading by example and providing supervisory support to care managers;
">">Ensuring quality care and services are being provided and documented consistently;
">">Maintaining accurate documentation of care and services provided;
">">Providing training and coaching to care managers as needed;
">">Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations;
">">Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations;
">">Participating in resident care planning and coordination;
">">Managing medication administration and documenting any issues or concerns;
">">Identifying and addressing any potential risks or concerns related to resident care;
">">Maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or concerns to management;
">">Providing excellent customer service to residents, family members, and staff;
">">Maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors;
">">Staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices;
">">Assisting with recruitment and retention efforts as needed;
">">Supporting the development of new programs and services to enhance resident care and satisfaction;
">">Participating in quality improvement initiatives and projects;
">">Conducting regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
">">Collaborating with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement;
">">Providing feedback and recommendations to management on process improvements;
">">Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines;
">">Performing other duties as assigned by management;

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

A High School diploma or equivalent required;
">">Previous experience in senior care management or a related field preferred;
">">Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively;
">">Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly;
">">Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
">">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
">">Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
">">Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior care facilities;
">">Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines;
">">Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
">">Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 25 pounds;
">">Ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform other physical activities for extended periods;
">">Good judgment and integrity;
">">Competency in organizational and time management skills;
">">Computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Sunrise applications.

Benefits
">We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and more
