About the Role

The Senior Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting advanced respiratory procedures, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing advanced respiratory procedures such as intubation, pulmonary diagnostics, and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO)
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Graduate degree from an accredited program approved by the credentialing body for Respiratory Therapy
  • At least four years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist, with a minimum of two years in a critical care setting
  • Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced certifications such as PALS, NRP, or RRT-ACCS are preferred
Salary and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $93,000 - $114,000 per year, depending on experience.
