We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our growing family medicine practice in Indiana. This is a great opportunity for a physician to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis physician would work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to provide exceptional clinical care to patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.
The physician will be responsible for managing a patient load of 18-20 patients per day, providing outpatient services during regular hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.). A flexible schedule and shared call with a 1:9 ratio ensure a healthy work-life balance.
In addition to patient care, the physician will oversee two Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioners and work collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.
Common diagnoses include child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure.
