The Housekeeper role at YWCA North Central Indiana is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, staff, and visitors. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.

With your attention to detail and commitment to excellence, you will ensure that all public areas, offices, and client rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Your duties will include:

  • Providing thorough cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping services to maintain a sparkling clean environment
  • Cleaning public restrooms to the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Removing trash and recyclables from inside the facility in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting with minor work order requests and providing support to other teams as needed
  • Preparing client rooms for new occupants and ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. **Education Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent. **Valid Driver's License:** Required.
