Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate stock to ensure new items are placed behind older items
  • Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment
  • Keep the area organized and clean
  • Monitor shelf life and code dates
  • Take temperatures of required foods upon delivery accurately
