Job Title: Registered Nurse - Critical Care

At WellStar Health System, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse - Critical Care to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
  • Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
  • Coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
  • Participate in the development of protocols and procedures to achieve best practice outcomes.
  • Support efficient and effective use of human and material resources.
Requirements:
  • Diploma from an accredited nursing program or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Reg Nurse (Single State) license and RN - Multi-state Compact license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum 5 years direct patient nursing care experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language and optimize the use of technology to support clinical care.
