As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a floating capacity, your primary role will be to deliver exceptional care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), addressing the diverse needs of our residents across multiple Benedictine locations within the designated area.


Key Responsibilities:
  • The LPN will conduct initial assessments and gather essential information on all residents.
  • Utilizing the principles of Relationship-Based Care is fundamental while executing your responsibilities.
  • The LPN (Float) will be expected to travel and provide care within a specified Benedictine region as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
  • Possession of a current State license as a Practical Nurse, maintaining good standing.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English is essential.
  • Previous clinical experience is preferred.
