Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN Resident Care Nurse. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and our organization's standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee medication programs, including accuracy of medication assistance records and providing hands-on medication assistance to residents.
- Perform treatments according to physician orders and take blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, etc.
- Chart relevant information about residents and update physicians on changes in their condition.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and order/reorder medications as needed.
- Respond to call lights and other requests from residents and provide report to staff for the next shift.
- A nursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing) and current licensure/registration in the applicable state.
- One year of experience in senior care, preferably with First Aid and CPR certification.
- Ability to make independent decisions and exercise judgment in accordance with our organization's policies and procedures.
