Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in water restoration, construction, or a related cleaning field preferred, but not mandatory
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance and navigate multiple flights of stairs
  • Availability for additional hours and overtime one week per month
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively and communicating effectively
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Access to reliable transportation for commuting
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous but not required
  • Must pass a physical examination and be able to use respirator masks
  • Able to work at heights (using ladders or scaffolding)
  • Valid driver's license from California
