Position Overview

Become an integral part of our team at The Ladders as a Management Systems Integrated Lead/Senior Auditor. This role demands effective interaction with both external clients and internal account representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct third-party onsite and remote evaluations for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 Management systems for clients across North America.
  • Deliver third-party evaluations and associated services in line with assigned standards and relevant registration requirements.
  • Organize and execute assessment activities, which include documentation reviews, preliminary evaluations, on-site readiness assessments, registration, reassessment, and surveillance audits.
  • Lead audit teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
  • Evaluate audit reports, client feedback, and technical documentation.
  • Act as the primary project manager for audit initiatives.
  • Maintain schedules for audit activities.
  • Ensure auditor credentials are current and pursue advancements as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training as required.
  • Engage effectively with clients and account representatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the auditing team.
Qualifications
  • Possess a current Lead Auditor certification in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems, or Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a Master's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Alternatively, have a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Salary Range: $60,500 USD - $133,000 USD
