As a Spanish-speaking FNP, you will play a vital role in delivering culturally sensitive care to our Spanish-speaking patient population.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive healthcare services to patients of all ages. Your expertise in comprehensive patient assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care will be invaluable to our team. You will work collaboratively with Medical Assistants, Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, develop individualized care plans, and provide ongoing support.
  • Deliver high-quality primary care services and preventive healthcare measures to patients of all ages.
  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families to create a welcoming environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient visits and treatment plans.

Requirements

  • Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in New York State.
  • Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
  • Fluency in Spanish (required).
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centered care in a community-focused setting.
  • Experience in an outpatient clinic setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
