- Computer System Operations: Utilize electronic health records and other computer systems to document patient information, communicate with healthcare teams, and access patient data.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Licensure: Current California State Board of Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure without restrictions.
- Certifications: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) or UC Davis Health CPR certification.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in electronic health records and other computer systems.
- Experience with Health IT Systems: Experience with health IT systems and reports is desirable.
- Epic or Electronic Health Record Experience: Epic or Electronic Health Record experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Health Behavior Change or Motivational Interviewing: Knowledge of health behavior change or motivational interviewing is preferred.
