Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our new clinic in Hollywood, Florida. As an Outpatient Therapist, you'll work with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to filling gaps in our community and making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and collaborate with the team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Clinical licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, etc.)
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
