Job Title: Head Golf Coach

Clear Creek Amana Community School District is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Head Golf Coach to lead our boys golf team.

Job Summary:

The Head Golf Coach will be responsible for instructing and leading the team in competition, ensuring that all athletes are properly supervised at all times, and attending annual coaches meetings to review school policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and instruct golf team members
  2. Organize and conduct team meetings with parents
  3. Ensure compliance with training rules and eligibility regulations
  4. Help organize home events and prepare facilities
  5. Supervise locker rooms, showers, and training rooms
  6. Report injuries to the athletic trainer
  7. Assist with media notifications and stats preparation
  8. Help collect and inventory equipment and uniforms
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by the activities director
Requirements:
  • Current coaching license from the State of Iowa
  • Ability to work well with others and assume responsibility
  • Effective supervision and communication skills
  • Ability to represent the school in a professional manner
