**Job Title:** Concessions Bartender

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Concessions Bartender to join our team at Levy Sector. As a Concessions Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

• **Adhere to Liquor Regulations:** Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations regarding the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• **Bar Setup and Maintenance:** Set up assigned bars, requisition and stock all necessary supplies, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• **Guest Service:** Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, take and process orders, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes.
• **Cash Handling and Security:** Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executed. Lock up and store all beverage products, food, equipment, and cash.
• **Cleaning and Sanitation:** Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• **Knowledge of Liquor Laws:** Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• **Cash Handling:** Ability to handle cash and make change accurately.
