As a member of our Intensive In-Home Services team, you will work under general direction to supervise, coordinate, and provide Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages receiving treatment from Family Preservation Services. Your work will be guided by the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures of the mental health service and as ordered by the physician.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate Intensive In-Home Services activities for consumers of all ages.
  • Provide services in accordance with the philosophy, mission, standards, policies, and procedures of the mental health service and as ordered by the physician.
  • Work under general direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of a college or university with a Master's degree in a human service field and one year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served.
  • Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree in a human service field and two years of full-time, post-bachelor's degree accumulated MH/DD/SAS experience with the population served.
